The Marquette Catholic School Financial Assistance Program is intended to assist families in affording a Catholic education as well as help those who encounter a life-changing event on a temporary basis.

The Process
The FACTS Grant and Aid Portal will be open for tuition assistance applications for the 2025-26 school year January 1, 2025, through April 14, 2025. However, it is highly recommended that you fully complete and submit your application by April 1.
How to find the Financial Aid Application:
- Log into Family Portal (FACTS)
- Click on “Financial” located at the bottom of the red box on the left side of your home screen.
- Click on “Apply for Grant and Aid,” located under Financial Links
- Log into the FACTS Grant and Aid portal
- Reminder: Your login credentials are different from the credentials for the FACTS tuition management website. You can call FACTS at 866-441-4637 if you need your password reset. If you have not previously set up an account in the Grant and Aid portal, you will need to “Create an Account.”
Required Documents:
- 2023 Tax Return
- Documentation stating the percentage of your student’s tuition you are responsible for (split families only).
Application Fee: There is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $45.00 per household. The same application can be applied to multiple institutions, provided they use the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment services.

Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit: Anyone who applies for financial aid for the 2025-26 school year is encouraged to apply for the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit. Tax credit awards will be considered, to ensure no one receives tax credit and tuition assistance dollars beyond the cost of tuition.

Applications must be complete and verified by FACTS by April 14, 2025, to be eligible for GO, Veritas, and St. Francis of Assisi funds. No requests will be accepted after this deadline. It takes 10-14 business days for FACTS to verify a submitted application once all the required tax documents have been uploaded. Verification can take up to 4 weeks if either parent owns a business. It is common for a submitted application to require additional information; this is especially true for families who own or are partners in a business. If FACTS needs additional information or documents from you after submission, FACTS will email you. It is highly recommended that you keep an eye on your inbox once you apply so you do not miss any communication regarding your financial aid application.

Families can apply for financial aid using either 2032 or 2024 taxes. If your 2024 tax will not be complete before March 1, use your 2023 taxes.

Tuition Assistance Programs
There are currently five different awards available through Marquette’s Tuition Assistance program, and
each award has its own set of requirements. The tuition assistance information below is only applicable for K-8.
- GO for Catholic Schools - Available to all students enrolled in a Catholic school in the Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma. GO awards are solely based on the income of the family applying for tuition assistance.
- Veritas - Available to families who meet one of three criteria: 1.) income eligibility 2.) reside in an area where their designated school is in need of improvement or 3.) the student is on an IEP from a public school or has been identified by a clinical professional as having a learning deficiency.
- Diocese of Tulsa St. Francis of Assisi Tuition Assistance Program - Distributed by the Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma, this fund is available to anyone who is a registered, active parishioner to any Catholic parish within the Diocese of Tulsa. Pastor validation is required by the Diocesan Office to receive assistance from this fund.
- Adopt-a-Student Program - For over 20 years, the Parish of Christ the King has provided tuition assistance funds for Marquette students in need through the Adopt-a-Student Program (AAS). One hundred percent of all funds raised from this program support Marquette students. This annual appeal relies on the generosity of our parish community. Limited to registered, active parishioners of the Parish of Christ the King.
- St. Elizabeth Ann Seton - Available to single parents who are registered, active parishioners of the Parish of Christ the King.
